Autoresponder Email Not Showing Custom Content

Hi, I’ve edited the Autoresponder 1 email for my form and updated the subject and body. The subject line appears correctly when tested, but the body shows nothing- its blank- not the custom text I added. I’ve saved and tested multiple times from different emails. Can you please check if there’s a glitch with this form’s autoresponder delivery?

    Thank you Ashley

    Hi Ashley,

I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

It sounds like the autoresponder email body is not displaying the custom content you added, even though the subject updates correctly. This issue can sometimes happen if the email body content is not properly saved or if there is a formatting issue.

Let me help you with that:

    1. Double-check that you saved the changes in the autoresponder email body before testing.
    2. Ensure that the content is added in the correct section of the autoresponder email editor.
    3. Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to edit and test the email.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, it could be related to the form’s autoresponder settings or a temporary glitch.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Ashley,

Here’s how to clear your browser cache:

    1. For Chrome: Click the three dots on the top-right, go to More tools > Clear browsing data, select "Cached images and files," then click Clear data.
    2. For Firefox: Click the three lines on the top-right, select Options > Privacy & Security, scroll to Cookies and Site Data, and click Clear Data.
    3. For Edge: Click the three dots on the top-right, go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services, under Clear browsing data click Choose what to clear, select Cached images and files, then Clear now.

After clearing the cache, try editing and testing your autoresponder again.

    Hi Ashley,

Yes, "Delete browsing data" usually includes clearing the cache along with other data like cookies. Just make sure to select "Cached images and files" when deleting browsing data to clear the cache specifically.

Try that and then test your autoresponder again.
