When a conversation is closed and the employee writes again, the bot no longer works and the conversation is no longer reactivated. What needs to happen for the person to receive interaction from the bot again?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When a conversation is closed and the employee writes again, the bot does not automatically reactivate or respond. To enable interaction from the bot again, the conversation needs to be reopened or reactivated manually. Currently, there is no automatic reset or reactivation of closed conversations for the bot. One way to manage this is by using the Take Over Chat feature, which allows a user to take control of an ongoing conversation and respond directly. However, this only applies to active conversations and won't reactivate a closed one automatically.
Unfortunately, resetting a conversation is not possible; instead, you can delete the closed conversation and start a new one to allow the AI Agent to interact again. If you want to keep track of conversations or manage them effectively, you can view, archive, or delete conversations from the Conversations page in your AI Agent Builder or My Agents page.
