I've made an availability form (called Board Meeting Availability), and I would like people who are sent the form to be able to pick multiple dates and submit their availability. This way once we get all the submissions itions, we can see the best time for all to schedule a board meeting.

On the form I made, I don't see a way to choose multiple days and times....

    Thanks for the help!!!

    Happy Friday,

    Eric

    Hi Eric,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form, and I can see you're using the Appointment field. Unfortunately, they can only submit one date/time at a time. They'll have to complete the form again, if they wish to submit other dates. I notice that you only have certain dates available in the appointment field. With that, I would suggest using the Weekly Appointment Planner widget instead. Let me walk you through on how to add it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the left side of the page, click on the Add Elements button.

    2. In the left panel, go to the Widgets tab, and add the Weekly Appointment Planner widget to the form.

    3. Finally, set up the date and time, and click on the Update button to save your changes.

With this, they can choose multiple dates and time slot in one submission. Check this out:

Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.
