I want the forms to appear as forms, not as information in excel layout.

    Hi Susan,

If what you're looking for is an option to receive form submissions in the same format or layout as it is in the form itself, this feature is currently not available in Jotform. But you have an option to view or download the submission data in PDF format. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon in the top-left corner of the page.
    2. Select PDF Editor from the menu.
    3. In PDF Editor, click on the Download button in the upper-right corner.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Twice a year I send out a Jotform to be completed by members. They fill them in and they come back to my Jotform inbox. I then need to send these filled-in forms to all members. That’s all I want to do.

    Hi Susan,

You can easily send submission details by adding an Email Button to your Jotform Table. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Add button at the end of the rows, and click on the Buttons tab.
    2. Now, select Send Email, click on Next, and enter a column name, then click on Next again.
    3. Select the email you want, or click on the Create an Email button to set up a new one as needed.
    4. Then, click on the Create Column button, and you're done.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
