Hello Jotform support team,
I have been working with an end user in order to get a form worked out that we have had trouble with. The user will not always receive the pdf attached to the email response, when this user tries to retrieve the pdf from the submissions page it downloads as a .-terry file. The form in question is labled "Remodel Job Site Compliance Inspection form." I have been poking and prodding at the settings for this form for a while and have been unable to solve the problem. Please advise, and let me know if I can provide any more information.

- Check for PDF Connection Settings if Using Smart PDF Forms: If your form is a Smart PDF Form, verify the settings under the form’s Settings tab for options like enabling the preview PDF button or customizing the original PDF style.
