Hi,
Do I have a restriction on my account? My workflow I am trying to build only lets me select from like the first 5 fields and when I search for my other fields they arent appearing. Example in my acocunt on the print form workflow I cant get the question to appear in the If/Else section

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Regarding your issue with the workflow only letting you select from the first few form fields and not showing others in the If/Else section, this is not due to a restriction on your account.
When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. All the fields of the form are available to be selected. Take a look at the screencast below to see my results:
I have Cleared your Form Cache on my end to refresh your forms and as a precaution. You can also clear the browser's cache and cookies. Also, note that the If/Else condition element supports only two branches (true or false). If you need more complex conditions, consider using the Conditional Branch element which allows multiple branches and conditions.
If the fields still do not appear, it might be helpful to review your form's field settings or try refreshing the workflow builder to ensure all fields load properly. Can you give it a try and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
