We have a form here:https://form.jotform.com/83534123348152
Something happened to the authorize.net keys. We reconfigured them. But we are getting this error even though they carefully added the email: https://share.cleanshot.com/79pL7Xny
I can't see why this would be happening. For now I have made that email not required, but we would like it required. The form does not seem to be recognizing the email and transactions can't go thru.
It is on this page for "the full session" https://paulgregoryphotography.com/pricing-and-faqs/
Thanks

Hi WildThayne,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Regarding the issue with the Authorize.net integration. It seems that users are encountering an error message stating "Error during transaction, email is required," despite having filled in the email field in the form.
Here’s how to address this issue:
- Check Required Fields: Ensure that the email field is set as required in the form settings. If it is already required, consider making it optional to see if that resolves the issue.
- Review Authorize.net Settings: In your Authorize.net account, navigate to the Account page, then go to Transaction Format Settings. Under Payment Form, check the Form Fields option. Uncheck any fields that are causing errors, particularly the email field.
- API Credentials: Verify that your API Login ID and Transaction Key are correctly entered in the integration settings. You can refer to our guide on How to Obtain API Login ID and Transaction Key for Authorize.Net.
- Sandbox Mode: If you are testing, make sure that the Sandbox mode is enabled in the Authorize.net settings. This can help ensure that transactions are processed correctly during testing.
If you have already tried these suggestions or if the issue persists, let us know. Additionally, sharing a screencast of the issue could help us understand the problem better.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
