AI Agent: Create a virtual physician AI chatbot

I want to Use AI chatbot in my website to help me daily routine work , basically I want virtual physician assistance , create file for patient , take full name , date of birth then take medical history , and those inform will be available to read later

This AI Agent can guide users through filling out forms interactively, collecting patient information such as full name, date of birth, and medical history, and store this data for later review.

You can easily create an AI Agent from scratch. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Agents page, click on Create Agent in the top-left corner of the screen.
2. Next, select the Primary Channel you want for your AI Agent and click on Next. (I used Standalone in this example.)
3. On the Create an Agent page, click on Start From Scratch. 
4. Now, on the Describe the Agent page that opens, enter a description for the AI Agent you want to create or click on a button below it for a predefined one, and then click on Create.

This generates an AI Agent based on the description you entered and redirects you to AI Agent Builder to further customize it. This AI Agent will make the data collection process more natural and efficient for your patients and allow you to access their submitted information anytime.
