I have a form that has apparently been taking payments since January, and it says there are 0 submissions. I have 10 paypal submissions for this event, which has been cancelled, DUE TO THINKING NO ONE REGISTERED, and no way to contact these people who have paid and notify them that it is cancelled. The form is currently disable, and I have still received 3 payments in the past 24 hours. I need an agent to call me to figure out what is happening now. (864) 982-5534

Hi Abigail,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We don’t currently offer live phone support. If you have any questions, just reply to this thread, or you can create a Help Center thread from the Contact Us page. We’ll be happy to help. Now, going back to your question, it's possible that the submissions ended up in your Jotform Tables' Incomplete Payments folder. Let me show you how to check that in Jotform Tables:
- On your My Forms page, select the form and click on Submissions at the top part of the page to open Jotform Tables.
- In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dot icon on the main tab and select Incomplete Payments from the menu.
- On the Incomplete Payments panel, select the submission and click on Complete in the top-right corner.
- From the modal, select Mark as Completed.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
