Hi there,
I tried to follow these steps and set up a new configuration called "Jotform CC Only" but I cannot get the picklist option to show on my form to actually choose this.
My goal is to ONLY allow credit cards (including ApplePay and GooglePay) and to not allow ACH, Amazon, etc.
This is the form I'm working on.
Of course, we're hoping to send this to customers today, so I'd appreciate your help!

To choose your Stripe Checkout profile and allow only credit cards (including ApplePay and GooglePay) while disabling other payment methods like ACH and Amazon, you need to create and configure a payment method profile in your Stripe dashboard first. After creating the configuration (like your "Jotform CC Only"), you must connect your Stripe account in the form's Stripe Checkout payment settings.
Here’s how to do it:
- Log in to your Stripe dashboard and create a new payment method configuration where you enable only credit cards and disable other methods.

Hi Amy,
When I checked the form, I don't see the options that you don't want on the payment options. Can you confirm if it's still showing on your end? If so, can you take a screenshot of what you see on your end. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
