Falta la carpeta compartida

Buenos días

Les comento que estamos verificando que ya no aparece el grupo de "seguros G&T" que pagamos como cuenta empresarial, adjunto pantallazo de donde aparecía antes y ahora ya no deja clonar los formularios.

Now, coming back to your question, it looks like you're referring to the shared folders. As part of our recent update, the shared folder section is no longer visible to users whom you shared the folders with. All shared forms will now appear as a single list under the Shared with Me section in the My Workspace page. To help streamline navigation, the Shared with Me view now includes filters by asset type, making it easier to locate specific shared items. As part of this update, users can now share not just forms, but also other assets, such as Tables, Boards, and so on. Take a look at the screenshot below:

Ok entiendo, pero como le hago para arrastrar los formularios nuevos que logro crear y aparecen en la parte que dice "todo" si quiero pasarlos a compartidos conmigo ¿Cómo lo hago? debido a que necesito pasarlo para recopilar todas las respuestas que tenga el formulario. Adjunto ejemplo

It seems the reason you’re no longer able to move newly created forms into the Shared with Me folder is due to recent updates in how sharing works in Jotform.

Previously, if folders were shared with you using the subuser method, newly created forms in those folders would automatically appear under Shared with Me, sometimes even preserving the folder structure. Here are the recent changes:

• Subuser folder sharing is no longer supported. Shared folders no longer maintain their structure, and forms will now appear in a flat list under the owner's name and without folders.
• You can’t manually move forms to "Shared with Me." This folder only shows items that are actively shared with you by someone else.
• “Shared with Me” now includes more than just forms, like Tables, Reports, Boards, and AI Agent Conversations, and all are accessible from the same place.

Yes, that's correct. With the recent Workspace updates, forms no longer need to be in a shared folder or group to collect many responses or show under "Shared with Me."

The subuser folder and label-sharing system have been removed. Now, forms are shared individually, and shared forms appear directly in the "Shared with Me" section as a simple list, without the original folder structure.
