Jotform Mobile Forms App Keeps Giving me a Splash Screen

    Every time I start the app, it takes two stern notes. On the first attempt, the splash screen shows but it never starts. My procedure to use this app has been:

    open the app, force close the app, reopen

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Are you trying to use a Jotform app owned by someone? If yes, can you share with us its URL, so we can test it on our end? I also suggest clearing your browser's caches, or restart your mobile device and see if the same thing happens.

    Hi Dang,

    I believe it's the Jotform Mobile Forms app you're referring to. Using this app would require you to sign in for an account, and log in. Upon checking, I saw that you don't have a User type of account yet. But I've already converted your account for you. Can you try it again, and see how it goes? If the same thing happens, and if you've already performed the troubleshooting methods I shared above, can you share with us what the brand and model of your mobile device is?
