Hi abutalibsyed04,
For forms already submitted, you can send invoices with one click (per invoice). Assuming your invoices are already created and they're located in your "My Tables" section, then here is how to set that up:
Open the submissions table of your form.
Scroll all the way to the right of the submission entries and then click on the ADD button.
Select "buttons", "send email", then click next.
Select "Autoresponder"
Select and customize the autoresponder email so you are happy with the format of it ensuring that the invoice is displayed correctly.
Also ensure that the email field within the autoresponder email's value is matching up/consistent with the email field that the user filled out with their email address within the form. See example below:
Click "create column".
This will create action buttons (similar to the below image) next to each invoice so you just need to click on each button to send the invoices to the customer. Once clicked, you'll be able to see when the invoice was sent,.
Going forward, to avoid this step, I'd recommend implementing the Autoresponder Email feature to automate the sending of invoices right after form submission. This way the invoice will be sent to the email address that the user entered on the form right away, or if desired, you can delay the email so it's sent later.

Hi Abutalib,
How is this invoice created? Is this a Form, Signed Document, etc? Do you have the link to the invoice you created? If this is a form, it's not possible to bulk send it to multiple emails with our current sharing option.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
