Upload Space Limit Exceeded

    Hello

    I deleted all of my submissions and followed all of the steps to decrease my usage but by usage is still showing over 100mb. Can you please help me?

    Hi Janice,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I recalculated your account usage, and it shows 108.29 MB / 100.00 MB available upload space. Since you deleted your form submission data, you also need to permanently delete them in the trashed entries in your submission tables to free up upload space. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. On your Myworkspace page, select a form with deleted submissions and click on the Submissions button in the top area.

    2. In Submission Tables, click on the Three Dots icon beside the tab in the top left of the page and select Trashed Entries.

    3. Select deleted submissions in the trash folder, then click on Delete Forever and click on Delete on the confirmation window.

    You can also clear your form cache after purging submissions in case the upload space did not update immediately.
