Hello,
Emails do not seem to be sending for the form below:
https://form.jotform.com/AmericanBread/WeeklyCleaningValidation
I believe all other forms we have are working.
Can you look into this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned and tested your form, and it seems to be working properly, as I received a notification email. Check out the screenshot below:
I've reviewed all the email addresses in your conditional email settings, including the recipients listed in your notification emails, and none of them are on our bounce list. To improve email deliverability, I recommend whitelisting Jotform’s IP addresses and domains. You can also check your email history logs to confirm whether the emails related to the submission were successfully sent. Let me show you how:
- Go to the History tab on your Account Settings page.
- Click on All Actions in the top-right corner of the History page, and in the dropdown menu that opens, scroll down to the bottom and select Emails.
- Click on the External Link icon on the right side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.
If this is not exactly what's happening, can you provide more details about the issue with the email?
