Linking Jotform with Printavo

    Hello,

    I see that we are able to link Jotform to our Printavo account and I was wondering if there is a way for us to see on Jotform what jobs have then been completed on Printavo once they are linked. We have different Jotform quote links for our different sales reps and will need to be able to keep track of what jobs have been completed so that we make sure they get the due credit. Is there a way where once we change the status of a job in Printavo to Complete, it would be able to somehow show up on the Jotform quote to show complete?

    You can explore integrating the two platforms using third-party automation tools like Zapier or Integromat. These tools can monitor changes in Printavo, such as a job status changing to Complet, and then update a corresponding field or send notifications in Jotform or your workflow. This would require setting up a workflow where Printavo triggers an update that reflects back on your Jotform records or notifications.
