Hello!
This is the form I'm working on: https://form.jotform.com/251258198533059
When I look at the data table for the submissions, there's a column corresponding to every question in the form... except for one.
The last question on the first page of the form is a single-selection question, "Who are you registering for?" with two options as answers: "Myself" and "My teen kid(s)".
The question appears on the form and works well in the conditional logic that depends on it, but it won't show up in the data table. I've tried manually adding it (it doesn't appear in the list of questions to choose from), and I've tried recreating the data table. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi Vila McHenry,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding your issue with the single-selection question "Who are you registering for?" not showing in the data table, this can sometimes happen if the column is hidden or if there is a sync issue between the form and the table.
Here’s how to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this:
- Check if the column is hidden: In Jotform Tables, make sure that the column for this question is not hidden. You can do this by clicking on the column settings and ensuring it is visible.
- Recreate the data table: You mentioned you tried this, but please ensure you fully delete the existing table and then recreate it to force a fresh sync with the form fields.
- Verify the question type: Confirm that the question is set as a single-selection type (Single Choice) in the form builder, as this type should automatically create a corresponding column in the table.
If the column still does not appear, it might be a temporary sync issue. You can try duplicating the question in the form and see if the new question creates a column in the data table.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
