Form with Integrated Stripe ACH Not Working

Hi, Stripe ACH and Plaid only works some of the time for me. It's so frustrating. I'm ready to cancel my jotform subscription and move to something more reliable. Half of my customers are getting the error "Oops! Must provide source or customer.<hr>" and "PLAID: Something went wrong. Internal error occurred." They were trying to pay from New York and New Jersey using Chrome and paying from Chase Bank, Wells Fargo, etc.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see that you have a couple of forms integrated with Stripe ACH. Can you provide us with the form URL that you're having an issue with? You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.
