Lack of PDF Pages Sent to OneDrive

    I have a form that 7+ pages. There is a conditional question and depending on that answer one agreement or another is signed. My form is integrated with OneDrive, and the PDF I received on my OneDrive only has 4 pages. Why is it cutting the document off?

    Hi Amy,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form, connected it to OneDrive and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Lack of PDF Pages Sent to OneDrive Image 1 Screenshot 60 Does the issue happen to all submissions sent to OneDrive? If yes, suggest removing the OneDrive integration from your form, and integrate it again. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top part of the page.

    2. Select Integrations from the menu on the left, and select OneDrive.

    3. Hover your mouse over the integration, and click on the Three Dots icon.

    4. Select Delete Action, and click on Yes, Delete from the modal to confirm.

    5. To re-integrate it, click on the Add New Action button.

    6. Click on the Add Action at the bottom.

    7. Set up the integration as needed, and click on Save.
