submissions are not coming thru - captcha changed and keeps spinning - submissions tab no longer appears - the last submission we received was late 05/14 - no orders at all for 05/15

Hi TPATSCH,
We performed some testing and were able to replicate the issue you are experiencing. The way we were able to resolve the issue was to remove the CAPTCHA field from the form, and then we re-added it back to the form. That allowed us to be able to submit the form again successfully.
Can you please give that a try and let us know if this helps resolve your issue?

Thank you we are starting to see orders again - please on the submission tab - it is still not visable

Hi TPATSCH,
It sounds as though your table may have been deleted. Have you checked to see if it's within "trashed entries"? To do that, please try the steps below. If it's been inadvertently deleted then you should have the ability to restore it:
- On the Jotform Tables page, under the Form tab, click on the Three Dots icon.
- In the dropdown list, click on Trashed Entries.
- In the window that comes up on the right side of the page, choose the Deleted Submission.
- Click on Restore and that's it.

hello I am not seeing any of what you are describing and when i click on the trash can in the bottom left - its empty

Hi TPATSCH,
I'm glad to hear that you were able to access the submissions table. If the table still isn't showing up under the "Shared with Me" portion of your "My Tables" area, then the app owner may need to reshare it with you and grant you access to it again to resolve this issue.
