Hello I wanted to allow users to be able to submit these four fields separately before they submit the entire form. They have conditional logic set to them already that when they enter the email and summit an automated email will be sent out to that email dress. And the problem is we do want ppl to wait until the deadline to submit the form and the emails will just be sent out then. How best should I go about setting up the questions to be submitted on their own before a user submits the entire form?

Here are the questions I want to single out
Thank you for your help.

Can I create a separate section within the form that can be submitted first, then it continues on to the rest of the application form?

Hi rtbmembership,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's possible to add multiple Submit on your form, but only one can be used. Once a user clicked on any of the Submit buttons, the form will be submitted. To clarify, do you want to delay the email? If so, here's how to do it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Now, click on Add Email, then select Autoresponder Email.
- Under the Advanced tab, scroll down to Send Email Later, then select your preferred schedule.
- Finally, click on Save at the bottom of the page, and you’re done.
If you will divide the form into several parts, you may include the URL of the second form in the Autoresponder email. To avoid confusion, I moved your other question to a new thread and helped you with that here.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Hello, no. I would like the email to go out earlier, before someone finishes the form and submits it. Is there any way for that to happen? And how do I do single-submit questions then?

And how do independent submit questions work then?

Hi rtbmembership,
The Notification/Autoresponder email can only be triggered after the form user clicks on the Submit button. Could provide us with more details on what you are trying to achieve so that we can get a better idea on what's going on and provide you with better assistance?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
