Hi afeller952,
I have reviewed both email addresses and currently, they are not listed on the Bounce List. Email addresses listed on the Bounce List is due to emails sent to them are being rejected by the recipient's email server. To prevent this, you can reach out to your email service provider and request them to whitelist Jotform's IP addresses and domains provided on this page. You can manage only your account email address on the account Settings page. Here's how to do it:
1. In My Workspace, on the upper right side of the screen, click on your account profile picture.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Click on Check.
We also have a guide about How to Remove Your Email Address From the Bounce List that you can check out. Also, you can set up your own SMTP. Here's how to do it:
1. In Account Setting, click on Add Sender Email.
2. Select Google/Custom/Microsoft.
3. Click on Continue.
4. For Google, login with your Gmail account, for Microsoft, login with your Microsoft account, and for Custom, fill out the SMTP credentials.

5. Click on Send Test Email.
6. Click on Save.
