I have quite a few respondents to an event. I want to email them with updates to the event. Is there an easy way to email the group? And, I would like the email addresses to be in a BCC field so as to not give them all away. Thanks!

Hi Bill,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to send an email update to your users using Jotform. I would suggest that you craft your email using an email service platform like Gmail or Outlook and simply copy the email addresses of your users from your Jotform tables. See the screencast below:

Thanks. That is what I ended up doing. I was just hoping there was an easier way to copy all their email addresses to compose an email in my email client.

Hi Bill,
I understand you're looking for an easier way to copy all your respondents' email addresses to compose a group email with the addresses in BCC for privacy. Currently, Jotform does not have a direct feature to send group emails with BCC to your respondents. However, you can easily copy all the email addresses from your form submissions in Jotform Tables and paste them into your email client's BCC field. Here’s how to do it:
- Go to your Jotform Tables for the form where you collected the email addresses.
- Select the column that contains the email addresses.
- Copy all the email addresses from that column.
- Open your email client (such as Gmail or Outlook) and start composing a new email.
- Paste the copied email addresses into the BCC field to keep the recipients' addresses hidden from each other.
This method keeps your respondents' emails private and allows you to send updates efficiently. If you have many recipients, some email clients may have limits on the number of addresses you can add at once, so you might need to split them into smaller groups.
