Why Doesn’t My AI Agent Know the Correct Date?

I'm a live music venue. One of the biggest questions is who is playing today, who is playing this weekend, etc. I am trying to make it so my agent is 100% accurate when it comes to reporting the music schedule. i've added a link to a calendar website that it can crawl every day, but it still thinks it's December 5th today. any ideas how i can train it better?

yeah, but most people don't start by asking, what day it is...i need her to crawl that website daily so she knows what day it is...then crawl the spreadsheet so she knows who's playing today and at what time. people are going to ask, who's playing today? or who's playing next saturday? and i need the answer to be accurate 100% of the time

so now I'm seeing the problem. The system "crawls daily", but the timing on when it does that aligns with whenever I sent up the prompt. Is there a way for you to add a time of day setting where I can select just after midnight is when the agent updates it's info?

Currently, the AI agent updates its knowledge base when you trigger the crawling or data import process manually. There is no built-in feature to schedule the crawling or updating at a specific time of day, like just after midnight, directly within the AI agent settings.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. I've had my agent live on my website for a week. Tested it with more questions today and they are so far wrong I've had to take it off the website. Not sure how to get it correctly sharing information about my music schedule, but for now I might need to look for another solution other than jotform.
