Payment is Not Reflecting on PayPal Account

    Hello,

    A customer paid for PB Protein Bites from my menu. We ran this as a test transaction and their card was charged, but I don't know where I would look to confirm I received the money. My PayPal account shows no transactions (I confirmed I have a linked bank account). How can we view the receipt of payment?

    Hi Tom,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform only integrates payment with payment processors like PayPal. If the payment is not reflected in your PayPal account, you can get the transaction ID and contact PayPal support to locate the payment. Let me show you how to get your transaction ID:

    1. On your My Workspace page, select the form and click on Submissions in the top area.

    2. In Submission Tables, hover your mouse over the submission and click on the View button to get the Transaction ID.
