Hi Netix,
I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Hi Netix,
To clarify, would you like your product items to appear individually in email notifications? If so, you may need to list them using basic fields such as dropdowns or multiple-choice fields or widgets, combined with the Form Calculation widget for each item. Before suggesting solutions, could you explain how you currently perform your daily calculations or provide more details on how you want to achieve this?
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Hi Aires
thanks for the quick responding, because the product list contains item's name, price, options etc
I didn't try basic field yet, but I think it's a little far to make that hapeend,
and what we(or my client) want to do is collecting all stores member's inquiry form,
then he can easily get the subtotal qty of each items, that's why my first try is google sheet,
but all items are summarized in one cell data, either in your notify email.
the second try is in your submissions, which more clearly to see all inquiries,
but still need to click to open to see whole product list one by one.

Hi Netix,
Unfortunately, the Product List is a single field, and all the products are listed in a single cell in Tables or the email notification. It's possible to split the My Products column in Google Sheets and have one single column for each product, like in my example below.
All new submissions will be listed in this format if the sheets used are connected through the integration with your form. If this is a solution that would fit your needs, we can provide you with the full guide to make it. Instead, if you want to do this in email notification, unfortunately is not possible, and we can open a feature request.
Let us know if you need any other help.

Hi Joseph
Thanks your suggestion, Currently, I'm trying to solve this part in Google Sheets.
I appreciate you providing the full guide, but I have further questions:
- thoses products have their own category, as I remeber, the formula of google sheet cannot handle this, even if you can auto-generate these F to H columns dynamically.
- if we can go further on this solution, why not consider obtaining the product list data in JSON format (for example, saving both formats in your database)? I believe this approach would be easier than trying to fix everything in Google Sheets.
Lastly, I am very interested in the integration of JotForm with n8n.😁
best regards.
Netix

Hi Netix,
There's currently no option to achieve your goal using the Product List field. The suggestion provided by my colleague is the best workaround. You would need to use regular form fields to list your products.
While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
