Hi Amanda,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you're having difficulty resetting your password on your desktop, while you can still log in on your mobile device using the old saved password. This situation might be related to session conflicts or browser cache issues on your desktop.
Let me help you with that:
- Clear your desktop browser cache and cookies: Sometimes old session data can interfere with password reset processes.
- Try disabling any browser extensions: Some extensions might block or interfere with the password reset functionality.
- Try to reset your password on an incognito window.
Give these steps a try and let us know how it goes.

It's possible that being logged in on your mobile device with the old saved password is interfering with the password reset process on your desktop, especially if there are conflicting sessions or cached login data. To resolve this, try logging out from all devices first, then clear your browser cache on your desktop and attempt the password reset again using a private/incognito window. If the issue persists, ensure you're entering the correct email address and check your spam folder for the reset link.
