We are working with Andy Shen. We have signed all the paperwork. We are having a huge issue. We are at our busiest time and all our forms are down because we are above our upload limit. Please help ASAP. Please call me at 510.989.5070.

    Hi Sam,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your account, and it appears that you have reached your upload space limit. To free this up, you need to delete and purge the submissions. Can you check the following forms if you have deleted the submissions permanently?

Let me show you how to delete and purge your submissions. Let's do it:

    1. In Tables, select the submissions that you want to delete.
    2. Click on the Delete button on the upper right side of the page.
    3. From the modal, click on Move to Trash. We have reached our upload space limit Image 1 Screenshot 30
    4. Click on the Three Dots icon beside your form name on the upper left side of the page.
    5. Select Trashed entries.
    6. In the Trash panel, tick on Select All and click on Delete Forever.
    7. From the modal, click on the Delete button We have reached our upload space limit Image 2 Screenshot 41

After this, I suggest clearing your form caches to refresh your forms. Let's do it:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover over your Avatar/Profile in the upper right corner of the page.
    2. Select Settings from the dropdown.I just cleared my storage but my forms are still disabled Image 1 Screenshot 30 Screenshot 62 Screenshot 52
    3. From your account page, select Settings on the left side window.
    4. Click on the Clear Cache button of the Form Caches. Why is my form disabled? Image 3 Screenshot 73 Screenshot 63

Reach out again if you need any more help.
