I have a time selection element on my form for people to select a pick up time and date for their order. I want multiple people to be able select the same time slot and day however when a I tested it out it is only allowing one person to select a time slot then it blocks it out in the time slot selection area. I went to the setting editing section on my time slot element and have selected unlimited appointments per day and I have also selected 200 people in the ' Maximum Attendees Per Time Slot' section under the advanced settings however it still only allows one person to select a time slot.
I'm Hoping someone can help me figure out how to leave all the time slots open and available even if someone has already selected that time slot.
Thank you!

Hi Marie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
I also checked your form and it appears that the Appointment field is correctly configured to allow multiple users to select the same time slot without it being blocked, like what you can see on the screenshot above. The Appointment Type is set to Group, and the Maximum Attendees Per Time Slot is properly set to 200. The Interval settings also look good and shouldn’t be causing any conflicts. I also cleared your form caches to refresh your data and to help your forms work faster and efficiently.
Note that currently, Jotform doesn't support multiple selections from a single appointment field by one user, but multiple users can select the same slot if the above settings are properly configured.
Give it another try, and let us know how it goes.

Thank you very much for looking into this. I see that it worked with your test and that's awesome! Unfortunately it still has 4 time slots blocked out from the first few tests I ran. After I ran the tests I realized that I did not have multiple attendees per time slot selected and I updated it, however the time slots remained taken. I've attached a screen shot so you can see. I there any way to open these time slots back up?
Thank you for your help on this matter.
Blocked time slots:
August 10th - 11am and 11:15am
August 14th - 9:30am and 9:45am

Hi Marie,
Can you share how many submission test were made for each blocked time slot, so I can try to replicate it on my end. I tried to select the four time slots in my cloned form but it appears to work properly.
Can you try to remove the current Appointment element and submit the same tests, and see how it goes? If the issue persists, let us know, and we'll investigate more on the issue.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.

Hello,
I've included the information you requested below.
I removed the appointment Element, put a test submission through again without it. Then added it back and it still had those times blocked out from previously as you can see in the image.
Also I noticed for some reason the pick up date and time responses won't show up in the submission column as seen below.
List of previous test submissions:
Submission with Appointment element removed:
Re-added Appointment element:
- the times are still blocked out.
Please let me know if you would like any other informations.
Thank you for your help.

Hi Marie,
I've cloned your form, and it appears that your Appointment Type is set to one-one-one. This means that once a user selected a specific time slot, other users will not be able to select that time. Check out my screenshot below:
Also, since your appointment field is directly integrated with Outlook Calendar, it will not accept same time slot with the users. I suggest integrating your form to Outlook Calendar from the integrations page. Let me walk you through this:
- In Form Builder, click on the Gear icon of the Appointment field.
- Click on the Availability tab.
- You need to remove the Outlook Calendar by clicking on the Trash Can icon.
- From the modal, click on Yes, Delete.
- From the Advanced tab, select Group as the Appointment Type.
- Enter your preferred Maximum Attendees Per Time Slot.
Let me show you how to integrate your form with Outlook Calendar:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select Integrations from the left side window.
- Select Outlook Calendar.
- Select your Microsoft Outlook account and click on Add Action.
- Select your calendar.
- Enter your preferred meeting title. Or, you can click on Form Fields and select your preferred meeting title.
- Select your required attendees.
- Match the fields.
- Click on Save at the bottom of the page.
Now, to free up the appointment slots that you have selected before, you need to delete and purge your submissions. Let's do it:
- In Tables, select the submissions that you want to delete.
- Click on the Delete button on the upper right side of the page.
- From the modal, click on Move to Trash.
- Click on the Three Dots icon beside your form name on the upper left side of the page.
- Select Trashed entries.
- In the Trash panel, tick on Select All and click on Delete Forever.
- From the modal, click on the Delete button
Reach out again if you need any other help.
