I can't find a way to make Chat the default channel for our AI Support Agent, instead of Voice. We also want to pass email or user identifier to Jotform so that when Jotform reports on inquiries we know who made the inquiry.
Lastly, on mobile when using Voice channel there doesn't seem to be a way to close the window which is a little confusing - you must switch to chat channel to close. -

As for your second question, I'm not sure if I understood what you're trying to do. Can you tell us if the email or user identifier is from an external source?
