Is it possible to have the invoices sent automatically to an email address as soon as they are issued?

    I wanted to ask if it's possible to have the invoices sent automatically to an email address as soon as they are issued. Would that be an option?

    Hi Senders Gmbh,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’ve reached out to the related team about this. Once I receive an update from them, I’ll let you know here right away.

    For now, you can easily check your invoices in your Account Settings. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
    2. In the menu that opens, click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
    3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab, and scroll down a bit to the Invoices section
    4. Now, either click on your Invoice IDs to see the details or the Download icon on the right side of them.

    Hi Senders Gmbh,

    We've received an update from the related team that there isn’t an option to automatically send Jotform invoices to a separate email address as soon as they’re issued. For payments made via PayPal, the charge notification is sent directly by PayPal to the PayPal account holder. At the same time, your Jotform invoices remain accessible anytime in the Billing section of the account. You can view or download them by following the steps I shared in my previous reply.
