Requesting Jotform to provide DMARC entries

I know you have said you do not provide DKIM CNAME entries and you provide a IP Whitelist, but entering IP ranges is not possible into DNS. You need specific IP addresses that can be entered. Surely our Jotform account comes from a specific IP and you can trace it down so that we can enter it into a SPF record.

And considering how JotForm works, maybe you should look into providing proper DMARC entries so that your users can continue to use your services, as any company worth its salt is now enforcing DMARC entries.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. While we don't have support for DKIM signing or DMARC authentication yet, I've escalated this to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
