I am using the Pizza template. How do I set it up to where the user can only choose 1 option from the entire form?

    Hi Fronza & Francis LLC,

I'm afraid it is not possible to limit the number of items that can be selected in the Product List. Since you will not be collecting payments, what you can do is list your products using the Single Choice Element, where users can only select one option:

    Here is the result:

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you for your help!

Upon more research, I found it was possible to adjust it to only select 1 option. I clicked "settings" on one of the pizza options, then clicked the settings icon next to "Payment Settings" at the top, and scrolled down to "users can select multiple products" and disabled it.

    Hi Fronza & Francis LLC,

Yes, that is correct. Once you disable the add product quantity selection, and the Product option to limit the number they can order. Checkout the screencast below:

    1. In Form Builder, click on your Product List field, and then click on the Wand icon (If you have a Product List without a payment gateway, the icon will be a Shopping Cart icon).
    2. In the menu on the right, hover over your product and click on the Pencil icon.
    3. Under the Options tab, hover over the Quantity option and click the Pencil icon.
    4. Then, toggle Special Pricing Per Quantity to the On position, enter the special prices for each quantity, and click on Save Quantity. That's it.

Image 3 Screenshot 62 You can use Special Pricing with options like Quantity, Sizes, Colors, or any other product options you’ve added. But, it only works for one option at a time. Once you enable it for one, it’ll be disabled for the others. You can also check out our guide about How To Set Up the Special Pricing Option in Payment Form for more information.

    Thank you for your input!

I was able to complete the task I was trying to do without adding anything extra. I also don't need to add any prices but thank you again!
