Integrate Smart Waiver to form

Hi,

I was wondering if you could clarify if Jotform is capable of a certain feature, so I can decide if it is a good fit for our needs.

We are a resort that hosts large groups in an all-inclusive format. Before the groups arrival, we need to collect food allergy information, as well as activity experience and other metrics. We also need them to sign a liability waiver through our waiver client, Smart Waiver. 

I am hoping to be able to create forms that are:

Individual to the group 

Answers are easily ported to a spreadsheet for reference

Embeddable with the widget from Smart Waiver to allow users to sign the external waiver form without leaving the form site.

The last embeddable option is what I am hoping Jotform can achieve over other options. We struggle a lot with simply linking the waiver within the form - people either forget to hit submit on the form, or forget to sign the waiver.

You can create individual forms tailored to each group, making it easy to collect specific information such as food allergies, activity experience, and other metrics.

Regarding data management, all form responses are automatically captured in Jotform Tables, where you can easily view, filter, and export the data as Excel or CSV files, or even integrate it directly with Google Sheets.

Regarding the Smart Waiver integration, while Jotform doesn’t natively support interactive third-party widgets like Smart Waiver inside the form itself, you can use the iFrame Embed widget to display your Smart Waiver form directly within the Jotform interface using your direct Smart Waiver web link. If you're looking for a more seamless signature collection experience, you might also consider using Jotform Sign, which enables you to gather legally binding e-signatures directly within your form.
