Changes made in Build mode do not show up in Preview Mode

    When I make any changes to my form in build mode, they are not showing up in the preview mode.

    None of my fields have conditions or are hidden.

    I looked through previous support tickets of other people who had this issue and it looks like it is possibly something on your end.

    Another user got this answer from Jotform support:

    "Sounds like your cached form might have gotten corrupted and is not refreshing updates. I have now cleared all the server-side cache for your forms. Could you try again if the issue is still persisting?"

    Whatever was causing it seems to be fixed now. I just added a new field and when I checked it showed up. A glitch in the matrix I guess. Thanks

It does sound like it was a temporary, but our Developers are continually working on this to make sure that everything is working as expected.     Hi EMHA_easternmihorseman,

    I got an update from our Developers and the issue is now fully fixed. Just to make sure, can you try it again and see how it goes? Before you do, clear your browser's cache and cookies first. You can also use Incognito or a different browser for this. If you also have a different device to test this, try that as well. If you're using a mobile browser or the Jotform Mobile app, close and reopen it, and then test the form again. I've cleared your Form Caches to refresh the data. You can also do the same on your end. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon, and then click on Settings.

    2. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
