I created a form and now can't locate it

I cloned a form this morning and sent out to my staff. The form is not showing up in my forms, it's not in the trash or in the archive.

I'm receiving notifications about completed forms but can't find the actual form. Can you please locate and put in my folder?

I understand that you cloned a form and are receiving notifications for submissions, but the form is not showing up in your forms list, trash, or archive.

Please try checking your account's My Forms page to see if the form is listed there. Also, double-check the Archive and Trash folders located on the lower left side of your My Forms page.

If the form is still not visible there, please let me know, and I will assist you further in locating and restoring it to your folder.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. I checked this form, and confirmed it's currently linked to your account. You can check your created form by using the filter on My Workspace page to locate your form easily. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Workspace page, click on the Type filter.
2. Choose Forms in the dropdown menu. That's it.

If you are still unable to see your form, you can click the Archive and Trash folder to see if the form is there. It's really easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

To Unarchive form:

1. While in My Workspace page, in the menu on the left, scroll down and click on Archive.
2. Select the archived form that you want to unarchive, and then click on More.
3. In the dropdown menu, click on Unarchive and that's it. You're done.

To restore Trashed forms:

1. In My Workspace page, scroll down and click on Trash.
2. Hover your mouse on the form and choose Restore. That's it.

If you can't still find your form, I can look into this for you. I’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In the upper-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
