I'm unable to download my form submissions in Jotform Tables

I am trying to download responses to my form as an excel file but I've been waiting 30 minutes and it still won't download a file.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you try accessing it using a different browser or in incognito mode to check if the issue persists? If the same thing happens again, can you take a screenshot of the console report from your browser when the issue happens so we can investigate it further? This guide will show you how to do that.
