Hello, I created a form yesterday but after I edit it and publish it, the changes aren't showing.
It's still showing the previous version. I tried clearing cookies/ cache and everything that jotform help suggested but it still shows the old version. Here is the form

Can you help?

Hi Sharon,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've cleared your form cache. Can you refresh your page and check your form again? You can also try viewing your form using a different browser. If the issue persists, can you share more details and let us know the changes or edits you made that are not reflected on your form? If you would like to share some screenshots, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Hi Sharon,
That helped me to understand what’s happening. It seems to be a temporary issue. I compared your form when viewed live versus on Form Builder, and the texts are displaying the same. Can you try it again and see how it goes? Check the screenshots below:
Give it a try and let us know if you need more help.

Yes, it seems to be working now. That is strange that it took nearly an hour to update. Do you know what caused this to happen?

Hi Sharon,
This was a known issue earlier, but our Developers were able to resolve it, so it should all be working fine now.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
