I’ve faced this issue before when transitioning between company domains. The key is verifying ownership another way—usually with ID or payment history. In my case, using Phonexa’s admin panel helped track original account activity when email access was lost. For Jotform, I’d recommend reaching out directly with any supporting details—they’re usually responsive with legit proof.
