Jotform Table: option to share a specific tab only on a submission table

It seems this is quite a popular request yet it goes unfulfilled.

The use case is very simple. A form gathers all manner of data. Some of that data (potentially anonymised) needs to be seen by some people but we do not want them to have access to all the data, calculated fields, etc.

We can create a tab on a table, filter it to only the relevant records, remove the columns we don't want them to see and then share it out with them.

This all works fine until you realise, they have access to the main submission tab also and can then see EVERYTHING.

This is a very much needed feature, it would be great if you could please prioritise it.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you're looking for the capability to share a specific tab only in Jotform Table. Currently, this feature is not yet possible. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

As a workaround, you can try to integrate your form into Google Sheet Integration. Even if you have a different sub-table when you integrate your form in Google Sheets, only the main submission data of the form will appear. Then you can share the Sheet in Google. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click Settings on the orange navigation bar.
2. On the left side menu, select Integration.
3. Hover your mouse and click Google Sheets Integration.
4. Authenticate your account and choose Create a New Spreadsheet.
5. Set up the Integration and click Save.
