Unable to download invoice

    Hello,

    I hope you are having a nice day - I am trying to download our invoices but am receiving this (see below). Could I please have some help? Thank you so much!

    Hi Rhiannon,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Is this an invoice for a subscription that you are trying to download? Can you try the following:

    1. Clear the browser's cache and cookies.
    2. Log out and log in to your account
    3. Use a different browser

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
