How to update payment method

    when we try to update our payment method, we click to add the new card once it's entered and it just sits there and nothing happens.

    Hi Jennifer,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you're having trouble updating your payment method where after entering the new card details, nothing happens when you try to add it.

    Let me help you with that:

    1. Clear your browser cache and cookies to ensure no old data is interfering with the process.
    2. Try using a different browser or internet connection to rule out any browser-specific or network issues.
    3. Make sure your payment integration is properly connected in your account settings.
    4. Update your payment method via the Billing page: Go to Billing, select Manage Payment Methods, then add your new payment method and set it as primary.


    Also, You can easily update your credit card information in just a few steps. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.

    2. Go to Billing in the menu on the left, and click on the Manage Payment Methods button.

    3. In the window that opens, click on Add New Payment Method.

    4. Then, enter your credit card details, select the Set As Primary option and click on Add New Payment Method.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
