Hello
I have reached out before about our clients payment is not processing in the JotForm.
Each time a client enters their payments it says unable to process because phone number is required. However the phone is entered.
This is happening with all our forms that accept payments.

Hi Annisa,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you try enabling the ask billing information to customer and select a phone field from the customer phone field? Let me show you how to do this:
- In Form Builder, click on the Wand icon of the Payment Field.
- Click on the Gear icon on the upper right side of the page.
- Click on Additional Gateway Settings.
- Toggle Ask Billing Information to Customer.
- Select a Phone field from the Customer Phone Field and click on Continue at the bottom of the page.
