Mostrar los encabezados del formulario en el correo electrónico de notificación

Buen día Equipo de Jotform,

Cómo están? Espero que bien!

Estamos creando un nuevo formulario (https://www.jotform.com/build/250924405961054),

haciendo algunas pruebas y nos surgen algunas dudas. Podrían por favor

ayudarnos con las mismas?

El formulario queda OK! Probamos enviarlo y llenarlo. El tema es que cuando lo recibimos no nos pone los "títulos" de cada cosa a completar.

Por ejemplo, acá el formulario dice “Régimen de comidas”, "Bar" o "Restaurante" pero nos llega solo la opción marcada, sin ese título. ¿Me explico?

Podrían indicarnos como debemos hacer para que si salgan los títulos?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Form headings are not being included in the Notification email, but you can manually add them. Let me show you how to do this:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Select Emails from the left side window.
3. Click on the Pencil icon of the Notification.
4. In the Email Content, place the cursor of your mouse at the last field of each page and click on Insert row after.
5. You can edit the text by clicking on the icons at the top.
6. Once done, click on Save.
