Users are not receiving the Autoresponder email

    I need help with my jot form account. When people fill out our contact form on our website, they don't get automatic email from jot form.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked the email address that you used on creating this ticket, but there's no Jotform account associated with it. Can you share with us the link to the affected form or the website where the form is embedded so we can check it?
