Hi! Everytime I complete the form, it opens a new page with the Captcha verification and make me do that before I can send my form. I googled how to delete it but it just said "delete it in the form builder" but I did not see it in the form builder. Help how do I get rid of that!

Hi Taylor,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Even if you did not include a CAPTCHA element in your form, CAPTCHAs may be triggered automatically if there are multiple submissions from the same IP address. This acts as a security measure to prevent spam and fake submissions. To remove the CAPTCHA, the account or form must be whitelisted, a feature available only to users with paid plans. If you’re interested, you can consider Upgrading your Account. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.
3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method.
Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:
After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.
If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment.
