    Hello

Have you developed a way to tell if / when the Autoresponder email was been opened and if the recipient clicked on a link?

    Hi Jeff,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. At this time, the Autoresponder feature is designed only to send emails — it does not include tracking capabilities. That means there's currently no way to tell if a recipient has opened the email or clicked on any links within it.

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

In the meantime, you may look into other third-party tools that offer email tracking features and can integrate with autoresponder systems to let you see when emails are opened and when links are clicked.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
