Hello Jotform's
after erasing my applications in my account i still get maximum capacity usage in my account , either for the views or the applications number
i did delete the forms , delete from the table and clear the cash but i still face this maximum usage error and now , the applicants receive message " Form Over Quota"i appreciate your support to solve this issue asap

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Deleting forms with file attachments will only free up your upload space usage. I checked your account and see that you have reached both your monthly submission limit and form views limit. These usages cannot be freed up by deleting submissions.
The only way to accept submissions again before your limits reset is to upgrade to a higher plan to increase your current limits. Otherwise, you will need to wait until your next reset date when the monthly limits will go back to zero. You can easily check your account's monthly reset date in Jotform. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.
2. Go to Usage in the menu on the left, and beside the Monthly Usage section, you’ll see your limit reset date.
