    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform. I would like to point out that our currency is the US Dollar. If the currency you pay is the Australian Dollar, it is natural for the amount withdrawn to be like this.

    The price does not add up still with the exchange rate from Australia to USD

    Hi horizonmechanicalsolutions,

    You can check your invoice for the tax added if that’s the discrepancy amount that you’re referring to. It’s easy to check your invoices. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
    2. In the menu that opens, click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
    3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab, and scroll down a bit to the Invoices section
    4. Now, either click on your Invoice IDs to see the details or the Download icon on the right side of them.
