I’ve tried reloading the app, deleting the app and redownloading, logged out & back in, “removed” the integration & tried again, made sure the app is up to date & still none of these things has fixed this constant loading and not integrating.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I assumed you were referring to your The Silver Spoon - Online Shop form. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
I've gone ahead and cleared your form cache. Could you try reconnecting it? If it doesn't work, I would suggest you try with another browser and see if it helps. If the issue still persists after that, you can share with us a screenshot of your browser's console log, while trying to reconnect, just in case we need to escalate this to our Developers for further inspection.
